These terms apply to the vitrinehomeservice.com website and to cleaning services provided by VITRINE CLEANING SERVICES LLC, doing business as Vitrine Home Service. Using this site means you accept them.
An estimate request through this site is a request, not a booking. Nothing is scheduled until we confirm it with you directly. Estimates are based on the information you give us about the property. If the property turns out to be substantially different in size or condition from what was described, we will tell you before starting and agree on a revised price with you.
The specific price, schedule, payment method, and cancellation window for your job are the ones we confirm with you in writing when the work is booked. Those confirmed terms govern your job.
You are responsible for giving us safe and lawful access at the agreed time, and for telling us in advance about pets, alarm systems, or areas you do not want us to enter. If we cannot get in at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation under the terms confirmed with you.
We will perform the cleaning with reasonable care and skill. If something in the work is not right, tell us promptly and we will make it right on the terms we confirmed with you. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions we did not cause.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of a job is limited to the amount paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
The content, images, and design of this site belong to VITRINE CLEANING SERVICES LLC and may not be copied for commercial use. We work to keep the information accurate but it is provided as is, and service availability and pricing can change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
