These terms apply to the vitrinehomeservice.com website and to cleaning services provided by VITRINE CLEANING SERVICES LLC, doing business as Vitrine Home Service. Using this site means you accept them.
The price calculator on this site gives you a price from what you tell us about the property, and picking a time on the booking calendar books that cleaning, at that price. Sending the callback form instead is a request, not a booking: nothing is scheduled until we confirm it with you directly. If the property turns out to be substantially different in size or condition from what was described, we will tell you before starting and agree on a revised price with you.
The specific price, schedule, payment method, and cancellation window for your job are the ones we confirm with you in writing when the work is booked. Those confirmed terms govern your job.
You are responsible for giving us safe and lawful access at the agreed time, and for telling us in advance about pets, alarm systems, or areas you do not want us to enter. If we cannot get in at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation under the terms confirmed with you.
We will perform the cleaning with reasonable care and skill. If something in the work is not right, tell us promptly and we will make it right on the terms we confirmed with you. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions we did not cause.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of a job is limited to the amount paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
The callback form at vitrinehomeservice.com asks you to agree that Vitrine Home Service may contact you by phone call, email, and text message about the request you sent and the cleaning you schedule. That box is required to send the form, because those three channels are how we get back to you. If you would rather not be contacted this way, call or text us at (689) 329-2686 instead of using the form. Opting out of texts later does not stop us from calling or emailing you about a job you already scheduled.
Vitrine Home Service runs an SMS program for people who contact us through our website or book a cleaning. If you tick the consent box on the callback form at vitrinehomeservice.com, we may text you about the request you sent and the cleaning you scheduled: confirmation that we received it, one follow-up if we could not reach you, appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates on the day of the job. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency is up to 6 messages per month.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and we will still be able to call or email you about a job you scheduled.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be affected by your carrier, your device, or your coverage.
You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for text messages from us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us, including your mobile number.
The content, images, and design of this site belong to VITRINE CLEANING SERVICES LLC and may not be copied for commercial use. We work to keep the information accurate but it is provided as is, and service availability and pricing can change.
