For the first residential cleaning, yes: the owner shows the team around the home. An empty home does not need anyone there. From the second visit on, you only have to tell Vitrine Home Service how the team gets in if you will not be home.

Cancel by the day before and there is no charge. A same-day cancellation is charged at 50% of the clean, and if the cleaner is already at your door the full price applies.
